Accommodating up to 40 guests for standing receptions and cocktail events, up to 35 in a theater-style configuration, and up to 25 for boardroom, U-shaped, or classroom-style setups, it is well suited to seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, showrooms, and private parties. The space includes a built-in kitchenette and a private bathroom, with additional restrooms accessible in the hallway. Up to 13 clothing racks are available, making it a practical choice for fashion showrooms and brand activations. For events requiring more room, Studio 1418 offers up to five additional breakout spaces available at an extra rate, providing flexibility to scale events as needed.
